Welcome

Everything turns grey…

One of my favorite Agent Orange tunes:

I left out to go skiing as soon as my last class was over. I got there in good time, but the conditions were iffy for me.

The entire mountain was gray-scale. The clouds were covering the top of the mountain. Silver/Gray. The trees were grey with white snow for branches. I made it VERY had to see the terrain I was skiing on. When I took the gondola to the top, it was shrouded in fog/cloud. I could not see. I would up half-falling in a drift, kept going, and then realized I wasn’t even on the trail.

I only went to the top once. If I took the middle lift it wasn’t as bad, but it was still pretty hard to tell ice, snow, bumps, drops. Basically, I had no depth perception. The icy pitches were brownish/grey so I was able to deal with that, for the most part, but it was a day I didn’t have to keep going. I have a season pass. I did four runs and left.

Now I have a bit more free time than usual.  It’s all free time when I’m skiing, but I mean I’m done a bit earlier than usual with all that.  I thought about going for a run but that idea passed quickly.  I’ll be short closing my move ring today.  Oh well.

Time to read, binge a show or two, read some more, play some computer games, listen to music and do it on repeat.  Nice.
