This is one of the reasons I haven’t been watching Criterion movies. Too busy playing Slay the Spire. It’s been out more than a bit, but it’s new to me. A podcaster I listen to talks about playing it so I got it on Steam. It’s exactly my type of game. I’m not good with first-person shooters anymore. I used to play a ton of Doom, but now I can’t get out of the tutorial levels of games. Sigh.
I did buy BG3, but I haven’t even tried playing it yet. My older son has put in a lot of hours already, but I’ve been trying and dying in StS. I don’t have the patience to watch You Tube videos for strategy help and the one Twitch streamer I know goes so fast I have no idea what he is doing. Oh well. I’m enjoying my attempts so far.
Maybe tomorrow I’ll try BG3.
