Bucket List

I recently started using a gratitude app to try to reframe my thinking.   I do one prompt in the morning and one at night.  When I’m stressed or anxious (which has been often lately), I will do another one.

This morning’s second prompt was: Write down 10 things on your bucket list.

This was difficult and I only had seven things (I thought of the 8th as I was typing this).  It’s not that I’m just that dull, but I’ve done a lot of things in my 58 years.  I had to use the internet to try to think of more.

  • Visit South Korea
  • Visit Japan
  • Ski in the Alps
  • Go to Alaska
  • Eat at French Laundry
  • Attend the F1 Grand Prix in Monaco
  • Follow the Blackhawks across Canada.
  • See the Northern Lights

[UPDATE}

  • Attend the Olympics (will do that in 2034 if they come to SLC)
  • Walk on the Great Wall of China
  • Oktoberfest in Germany
